About Our Services

The way it works is really simple; we write the newsletter and send it to you with your clinic information and logo in place. You then send it out as your own clinic's newsletter. 

Most clinicians know that a newsletter is a great marketing tool, however, they rarely have the time to write one. This service offers an easy solution for a busy practice. We have tried to create a product this is as versatile as possible to help you get the most value out of it. The newsletter is a printed resource, useful as an e-newsletter and as your clinic blog. Some clinics even use the articles as a script for their social media videos.

The newsletters are designed to keep your clients engaged, educated and tell prospective clients how your services could help them while promoting evidence-based practice. Each month includes other interest pieces such as puzzles, brain teasers and riddles to provide some entertainment to capture attention.

 WHY WOULD I PAY FOR THIS WHEN I CAN HAVE ONE OF MY STAFF WRITE IT FOR FREE? 


While it may seem counterintuitive to pay for something you can do yourself for free, you should take into account how valuable your time is. The average physiotherapist can bill at least $120 per hour and writing a newsletter is deceptively time-consuming. If you pay a small amount and have them completed and ready to go each month, you're checking off an important part of your marketing strategy while giving yourself more time to do the things you care about. Like treating patients.

 

IS A NEWSLETTER OUTDATED AS A MARKETING TOOL IN THE DIGITAL AGE?

 

As it turns out, it's almost more effective than before. Facebook reach is falling and the competition for attention online is fierce. By printing your newsletter to have patients read in your waiting room, nearby cafe or GP clinic you are in a unique position to educate and engage with patients. Both printed newsletters and email newsletters can be effective in a way that hasn't been replaced by social media.

 

WHEN IS THE NEWSLETTER DELIVERED? 

 

Your first newsletter will be sent to you within 48hours of completing your subscription. We take a little while to make sure your details are correct and the newsletter looks as good as it can for your clinic.

 

IF I AM UNSATISFIED WITH THE NEWSLETTER, DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? 

 

If you are unsatisfied with the product we offer a refund for the first 30 days. Refunds after this period will be offered at our discretion.

 

I'VE SUBSCRIBED AND WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE, WHAT DO I DO?

At the end of your yearly subscription, we will send you another invoice, if the newsletters work for your clinic, you can pay to keep subscribing or just let us know it hasn't been a perfect fit for you.

CAN I EDIT THE ARTICLES?​

​

Our articles are sent to you as Microsoft Word documents that you can edit before uploading to your website blog or E-newsletter template. If you wish to edit your printable newsletter, you can request a link to edit using a free online program.


I HAVE MORE THAN ONE CLINIC, CAN I USE THE NEWSLETTER FOR ALL OF THEM? 
 
Yes, the newsletter is designed to be used easily for different clinics. If you are the owner of more than one clinic you can use the newsletter at up to three locations for no extra cost. If you have more than three clinics locations send an enquiry to find out pricing.
