Why You Still Don't Outsource (Even though you know you should)

Word is getting out. Your time is valuable and doing things yourself is actually not the same as free. The popularity of books such the "Four Hour Work Week" by Timothy Ferris and the $100 Startup by Chris Gillebeau highlight this well. If you're working in your business rather than working on it, it's harder to grow and you'll feel exhausted rather than excited about making positive changes.

Outsourcing tasks that you don't need to do yourself is a no brainer. Someone else can do it better than you, faster than you all the while saving you time that you can dedicate to other tasks.

Even getting your staff to do things "for free" can be a waste of their time. Particularly when their charge out rate is much higher than what you could pay someone else to do the task for you.

It turns out that there's a psychological reason why we find it hard to outsource even when it's the rational thing to do. Its called the Loss Aversion Effect where the negative feelings that come from losing $30 are far greater than the positive feelings that come from gaining $30. This means that we are predisposed to feeling unconfortable about spending money when we don't know if it will have the desired outcome or not. These feelings are amplified when the benefits from the from the cost are seperated by a long period of time or it's difficult to pinpoint if new patients are a direct result from your outsourced work or not.

Knowing this is why have set up our newsletter product in the most painfree way we could think of. Your clinic newsletter is the easiest and most effective marketing strategy for small business. You can write your own, and usually writing the first one is never too much trouble, however over time it definitely becomes a bit of drag as it become harder to find topics to write about as each month's deadline approaches.

Our newsletter is ready for print with your clinic logo, contact details included. It's up to you how you use it and you have complete creative control. The newsletter can be uploaded to your blog, printed and emailed out to your patient list.

We also use a subscription program for payments with no obligation to continue because we know that this is the easiest and least time consuming way to manage your order. We offer the first month for only $5, which we will refund if you unsubscribe within the first 30 days.
